Hi

 

I'm using bq24100 to charge a li-ion battery. RSNS=0.05, RISET1=10K, RISET2=10K. According to the datasheet, the fast charging curent is 2A. Then a
strange problem is: the charge led is flashing at the rate of 33Hz. It seems that some protection mechanism is working.

 

When the RISET1=RIEST2 = 30K, the charge led is lighting, and the battery is charged. But the charging current is about 300mA
