Hi,

I am using LM5025C for Active clamp forward converter. Instead of using internal Vcc i am using Bias winding. But for initial startup can i use the Vcc generated Internally or do i need to have an start up circuit .
Please help me regarding the same.

Simply conenct the VIN pin to the input voltage as shown in Figure 1 of the Data Sheet. This will power the LM5025C until such time as the bias winding starts.
The start up process is explained in the Data Sheet section Entitled 'Voltage Start-Up Regulator'
