Hi,

I use bqstudio to connect PC to bq76940EVM at SMB port.

That mean I connect PC to bq78350 IC.

When I install firmware, I get the problem as:

How can I fix this problem?

The picture shows the EV2400 version 0.05 is being used. The tool folder for the bq76940EVM http://www.ti.com/tool/bq76940evm shows an important note not to use the EV2400. An update is now available, see the EV2400 tool folder www.ti.com/tool/EV2400 or http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sluc578. Once installed the updated EV2400 should allow programming of the bq78350 if the board was not damaged.
