Is there any internal diode for protection in case of a voltage at output without an input voltage??

There is a diode from the SW pin to the VIN pin. However this is a parasitic and must not be allowed to turn on.
So, to answer your question, No; there is no protection from a voltage on the output that is higher than the input. An external Schottky diode can be used from Vout to Vin if desired.
