700V startup switch of UCC28740 supports 450Vac

Hi,

I'm not sure if there is enough margin for the 700V startup switch to support 450Vac input. Can I add a resistor in series with the switch to add more margin?   If  I can,  I would like to refer to a recommended value for this resistor.
