TPS767D301 - Reset Low in case of Noise

Hi all,

Would you mind if we ask TPS767D301?
Please refer to the following file;
20150407_TPS797D301.pdf

If we insert following noise condition, LDO's Reset out pin turns off.
As the result, DSP's reset input turns to low.
－Noise condition：GND-FG 1.5kV －1.4kV pulse/1uS, 10mS cycle

So, in order to take measures of antinoise, if you some advice or information, could you let us know?

Hi Hirotaka,

Could you clarify the test condition?
It sounds like you are force a 1.5kV pulse for 1us onto the FB node and this is causing RESET to assert low. Is that correct?

Thank you for your reply.
At the first, we measure waveforms of each pins(EN, FB, RESET, OUTPUT, INPUT), we will try to clarify the problem.
