Can I get Transient thermal impedance curve graph for TPS25942ARVCT ? – It is missing in the datasheet.

Hello Sathiyan,

The section 8.4 explain about the Thermal Characteristics of the part. yes we do not have Transient thermal impedance curve.

Please note we have Figure 57. Thermal Shutdown Limit Plot, which indicate the shutdown time vs power dissipation in the IC.

Any specific reason you are looking for the thermal impedance curve?

Required to calculate junction temperature. This is id different.
