Bqstudio problem export .gg.csv file

Hi,

I'm working on the BQ40Z50, I can not export the file with the extension *.gg.csv instead of that I have *.gg

When I import i can select only the *.gg.csv file but i can not select the *.gg file.

Do you know how to fix that ? Please.

Marie,
You may have the "Classic Style" selected. Go to Window >> Preferences >> Data Memory and select the Default option. This should allow you to save the file to a gg.csv format. Be sure to edit the file with a text editor to make changes. Editing with Excel will cause problems and you will not be able to import the file.
