Is there any way to operate the LM5045 at a bridge frequency of 40 kHz?

Is there any problem if you don't use the synchronous rectifier outputs?

The LM5045 has been designed for applications where the switching frequency is about 2MHz max to about 250kHz min and may be used with or without synchronous rectification.
There is no characterization data for using the part at 40kHz.
Please check the TI selection guide below for a more suitable part for your application:

What controller You are using finally
I have the same question like You, but 50kHz ?
Is Anyone could propose Best siuted PWM ctrl for :
- full bridge; hard switchng 50kHz
- >60V Vin
- regulated deadtime
- current regulation
- UVLO
- OVLO
