I can't find the TLV61220 Spice model from TI website.

Does anyone have the model file? Or which TI device model is best close to TLV61220?

Please use TPS61220 instead. the behavior model of TLV61220 and TPS61220 is the same. the latter on have better accuracy in the electrical characteristics .

What's the difference between TPS61220 and TLV61220?

How do you get the SPICE model? The product page says to download it from WEBENCH? But WEBENCH doesn't include the TLV61220 or TPS61220.

They are recommended by power quick search:

But when I click "WEBENCH Design" they are not listed.

If I launch WEBENCH from the product page itself, it seems like my values are ok:

but then it says it can't work because of current limit:

the main difference of TLV61220 and TPS61220 is the package and the electrical characteristics tolerance, such as the current limit.

Switch current limit is 400 mA for both chips

400ma is the typical value. you should look at the minimum and maximum value.
