Yes, but just to clarify. We have two TINA simulations that you might be referring to. One is for only the LM5113, the snvm460, downloadable from the LM5113 product page. It is a silicon only driver and the fets are modeled as voltage controlled switches.
The other one is our LMG5200 TINA Model, snom470a, downloadable from the LMG5200 product page. It includes a high-side/low side Si driver and two GaN FETs configured as a half bridge. The GaN devices are modeled as GaN FETs.
