Hi,
i evaluate right now the bq27530evm board and i was wondering how to write the chemistry information of my battery pack in the chip.
With the bq27510 i'm was using bqeasy. Exist something similar for the bq27530?
Regards,
Alex

The tool to use for chem ID programming is bqConfig:

This tool can also guide you through setting up some of the other parameters as well. It is similar to bqEasy, but it is standalone rather than a plugin.
Were you able to get bqEVSW to work? If so, you read out the SENC file using the I2C Pro Screen. Write 000f to address 00. This will put the gauge in ROM mode. Then at the bottom you can read out the SENC file.
