BQ76940EVM + EV2400 problem

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ78350, BQ76940, BQSTUDIO, BQ76940EVM, EV2400, BQ76930EVM, BQ76920EVM

Hello,

because we would like to use the BQ769x0 in many our projects so we have ordered two evaluation boards BQ76940EVM.  I have started using one of them according to your users guide. I have used the EV2400 for communication. The communication with BQ76940 works well but the problem has occurred immediately after programming of the BQ78350 when something blew on the board. Most probably the BQ78350. Even though I was afraid to use the second EVM I tried it. Programming process was finished without blowing in this case. Even so, the programming process was not successful and was finished with the following message in the bottom right corner in bqStudio:

Instruction flash checksum calculated from srec does not match checksum returned from device after programming.

After the bqStudio was restarted the BQ78350 still wasn't found. I recheck all steps in the users guide many times but without success. The only thing, which is working, is the firmware reading.

So my question is where is the mistake and what can I do?
