I am interested in prototyping using battery charging devices such as the BQ24072 and the BQ25101. The only packages I see available to buy or sample that are not an EVM board are all BGA packages and I do not have the resources available to mount these parts on any type of breakout board or PCB.
I am wondering if there is some way that I can find these devices in a DIP, SOT32, or any type of package that would make it more accessible to put on a board.
