Hello.

I have a question about bq24292i. If no battery is connected to the charger:

1.- BATFET will be OFF?

2.- The voltage on BAT pin will be 0V? I want to use the voltage on this pin to know if the battery is present or not.

Hi,

If there is no host and no battery, then yes, BATFET will be off, BAT will be 0V. charger provides power to SYS only.

If you have host connected, settings will be dependent on host. You may want to force Q4 off.
