I am having trouble getting support on a problem that I have encountered with the TPS55340. The local FAE appears to have left the company. I have opened a support ticket, which has so far been ignored. I just completed a chat with James and he told me to post something here. I cannot discuss the specifics of the problem in an open forum. Help.
