Does this device has current limit protection?

The output current depends on PVIN as mentioned at datasheet.

The output current are limited within 0.5A?0.4A? for DDR3 when the PVIN=VDDQ=1.5V and AVIN=2.5V.

How does they monitor the output current condition?

(It looks no current limit protection in this device. Is it correct?)

Hi Koji,
There is no current limit protection, but there is thermal shutdown protection.

Output current is not monitored, but the amount of possible output current will change with PVIN.

Is there any device(DDR3 termination) which has current limit protection with Q1?

I think TPS51200-Q1 has current limit protection.
