Hello.
I am very confused after reading bq24271 datasheet. It states that it is JEITA compatible, but then in the I2C section (MEMORY LOCATION 07), states that is not (the current or voltage will not be reduced when undertemperature or overtemperature conditions are met). If you use parametric search, you find that it uses "Standard BAT Temp Monitoring", not JEITA. It´s all very confusing.
I need the charge stops when 0 > T > 45, my battery does not support JEITA standard. So, bq24271 implements the JEITA standard or it will stop charging (I mean stop, not reduce current or voltage) when Tcold > TS > Thot?
Thank you in advance.
