Hi Team,

I read the following description(red part) and have a question.

I believe the device enters standby mode too if #CE is high level.
Is my understanding correct?

/CE just disables charging but will not disable the output.

The datasheet also shows the following.

The meaning of "standby mode" above is different from "standby mode" in datasheet page.15(8.3.2 Power ON)?

I believe the two modes are different and should not use the same "Standby" name. The datasheet will be updated.

To clarify, if EN1/EN2 are both high, the Q1 is OFF, Q2 is still on so that the battery can supplement the output needs. If EN1/EN2 are not both high but /CE is high, Q1 is ON but battery charging is disabled. Output can be powered either from input or from the battery.
