single li-ion cell 3.2 v led driver for high brightness multiple leds connected parallel 4 w to 15w

i need  3.2 v single cell led driver which can drive multiple  high brightness leds connected in parallel

battery is 3.2v 15000 mah and  leds are of 1 to 2 w each which works with 2 to 3v d.c and 200ma  each.

all leds are connected parallel to 3.2v and dimming function is also required.

i have found tps 43000 but do not get any circuit for my application.

can anybody help me for same application.

i like to make solar street light   8w to 15 w which works on 3.2 v 15000 ma  or 3.2 v 30000 mah battery.

    can anybody provide me design for 3.2 v battery operated led driver which can drive multiple leds from 4 w to 15 w total load

    i need to make solar street light to be operated on 3.2 v single li-ion cell but have higher light output  4w to 15 w

    i think tps 43000 is ok for me

    can anybody give me design for same
