Hi,

My customer feedback me that bq25100 can't be charge, when the Vbat < 2.1V. Does it ture? (Sorry, I didn't have the EVM. So, I ask it first.) Thanks!

No it is not true. The IC will charge with pre-charge current when VBAT<2.5V which is the pre-charge threshold. Once the VBAT drops to ~0.9V which is the battery short threshold, the current will be ~11mA.
