I designed a simple battery charger based on BQ24095.
Despite the fact that I sticked to the schematics found in the datasheet, the charger does not work.

RIset is 1K and this should give a current of circa 0.5A
TS not needed, so a fixed resistor is used
PRETERM is disconnected, because the default currents are OK. Anyway, the batteries that I tested were well above the Vlowv
Of course there is the correct voltage on pin 1 (measured).
I really can't see the error, could someone give me a hint?
