Hi.
I want to use a TLV1117LV (3.3V) linear reg in my project and I have the output voltage to my circuit connected to the tab terminal (more convenient), and I have the output terminal pin2 also connected to the tab terminal via a track under the device. The output capacitor is located next to the tab terminal.
My question is as it suits my application to have the tab as the output, I noticed that the eval module decouples the output pin2 only. Where is the output capacitor best placed in this situation Tab terminal, or pin2? or is it a doesn't matter situation?
You help would be appreciated.
