A customer is estimating TL7700 by the following circuit.
As a result, large chattering occurred at RESET "H"⇒"L" .(waveform is below)
※Yerrow:DC+5V supply, Green:TL7700 RESET output(8-pin)
Vs'=Vs×(75kΩ+10kΩ)/10kΩ=4.25V
(Vs=500m)
Vhys=2.5μA×75kΩ=0.1875V±0.0375V
Is the reason that chattering is large because slew rate is long?
When there are other cause, please let me know.
【Additional information】
・Chattering occurred at 4.24V~4.25V, I think that a hysteresis isn't moving.
・Reset pulse duration is "1.5μF×10^5 s=150 ms", but waveform was differ.
⇒Chattering cycle is 108.953ms, DC noise frequency is 81.5hz.
