    I suggest you should study more detail. C2000 and UCD31K, ADI ADP10xx, Freescale and microchip's Dspic are difference limitation. Please consider FAE support power, BOM cost (if you need), open source documents, development tooling cost and personal capability. I think you can chose the best one solution of you.
