Hi,

I am using Panther board (JORJIN AP Module ATBN441JS (DM3730 +TPS65950) with OS Ubuntu12.10,kernel version 3.7.10).We are Booting board using SD card.Sometimes it boots perfectly ,Sometimes  SD card stuck with errors at different positions or kernel panic happens,But the same sd card works fine on another board with same AP module .

 

Is it related with ram size or DDR frequency in u-boot?

Also I need to check memory size from u-boot,I tried MTEST command from u-boot But it stuck with

Can Anyone help me to solve this problem??
