Hi

Can we use UCC28730  at secondary control with optocoupler?

I understand UCC28740 has that function. However our customer would like to share same device at the both control (primary and secondary).

Also how about UCC28740?  Can we use UCC28740 at PSR?

    Hamamoto-san,

    The UCC28730 is designed for PSR applications only, it cannot be used with opto-feedback.

    The UCC28740 is design for opto-feedback only, it cannot be used with PSR.

    The two devices are similar in architecture and have very similar parameters, but they are not inter-changeable since they use different feedback regulation schemes.
