Dead SMB on bq78PL114S12

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ76PL102, BQWIZARD

I have encountered a problem that I cannot seem to find an explanation or solution for.  I have a 12S pack using the bq78PL114S12( along with 3 bq76PL102 ).  The SMB has the exact same circuitry as the EVM( ESD protection ).  The previous day, I spent communicating to the pack through the bqWizard throughout the whole day; changing settings, calibrating and monitoring a discharge cycle through the use of the polling feature in the bqWizard.  Before leaving for the day, I did a Safe Disconnect through the bqWizard and then physically disconnected the connection.  The following day, I reconnect the connection, start the bqWizard software and it returns with the error message that it is unable to connect to the pack.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
