In stand tester:

- switching ON/OFF with 50 msec period, after 10-12 min, no more output power (remains in 12V);

What should I do?

Can you post your schematic? Also any waveforms you may have prior to the circuit stopping.

We have started with the Vout variation. The transitory phase stops around 4 milliseconds. I have *.pdf report.
We proposed a testing hardware software stand. I have the file.
We used also a Pspice model.
How can I attach in the post all files?
