However 16V output is needed.

I found TPS61170, there is negative voltage output circuit on datasheet P.22 Figure 22. I think this circuit can generate -16V, however I couldn't judge how much output current can we get. Is it possible to calculate maximum output current with -16V output setting?

Hi Sasaki,
You can use the TPS61170 to realize -16V/60mA output. Higher output currrent is not recommended. We can't gurantee higher than 80% efficiency. So you need to check it on your board.
What is the end product and detailed application? What is the total volume?BR,

About negative voltage output circuit of TPS61170, do you have any calculation method to estimate max output current?

It is not needed more than 60mA. I understood that output current calculation is hard, however it is possible to output 60mA. I will ask our customer to check output current with actual board.
