Power supply input 12V or 24V and output +5 V and -5V (virtual ground) low noise

A reference design is often a great starting point for the beginning of a project; however, the only way to truly know if it is adequate for a specific application is to build it up and test it.

We have a TI design that seems to me like it could be a great starting point for your design: ± 5V Isolated, Low Noise Split Rail Generator (0.25A, 2.5W total) www.ti.com/.../isolownoisesplitrailgen-ref
