Hi - I have set up a very basic constant current source circuit. When I read Voltage across V+ & V- , I get 5V. And across V+ & the R-LM134 junction, I get 5V.
When I try to measure Vr, I get 0. I am not sure if I am missing a concept or something.
1. Shouldn't Vr be ~64mV @ 25C ?
2. Vr is independent of V+, correct?
3. Could there be something wrong with the part itself? What is the simplest way I can tell the part is functioning before I use it for my application?
