Hello

I'm currently working on a Battery Management System (BMS) project. I'm using bq76PL536. I've read the datasheet and I want to design my own PCB. It is mentioned in the datasheet that "Full size reference schematics are available from TI upon request".

I wanted to know how I can access the schematics?

Thanks Roger,

I wanna use this IC for managing LiFePo4 battery, although the schematics are designed for Lithium Ion battery. Should I change any components of schematics to match my application? For example zener diodes are 5.1v . Should I change them for LiFePo4 battery?

In addition I'm using 4 ports of IC to control 4 cells. What should I do with CB5 and CB6? Can I float them?

LiFePO4 is just another chemistry of Lithium-Ion and is perfect for the reference schematics provided by Roger.

For use with 4 cells, VC4 will connect BAT, and VC5 and VC6 should each be connected to BAT via a 1k resistor. VC5 and VC6 should not be left to float. There is a section in the datasheet which describes the connection of less than 6 cells (4 is provided as an example).
