Hello guys,
I want to use US2524a for totem pole driving with connection between EA and CB.
I worry about VEBO (base-emitter reverse voltage) of high NPN transistor because
VEBO is not defined on the device datasheet.
Is it no problem that 10V~40V can be applied on EA terminal when high side NPN transistor
(connects to CA and EA) is off?
