Hello,

I am looking for the adequate inverter for low jitter application. I know PWM makes some jitter. So PWM have to be excluded. Here is the specificaiton below. Is there anyone to recomend the good device?

Input : +5V

Output : -2.5V

Output Current : 500mA

I used LT1931 before and there was some jitter noise from PWM controller. Do you believe TPS62150 will be jitter free although it has a PWM controller?

there is always some amount of jitter with actual circuits. What is your requirement?

That device is a completely different topology and architecture. I suggest you order an EVM of the TPS device and modify it to use as an inverter and see if its performance is acceptable.

The LM2662 is the switched capacitor inverter. In the datasheet, this device can be paralleled to increase the current. I think the jitter of this part will be lower than TPS device. What is your recomendation?

That doesn't regulate the output voltage, so I don't think it gives you what you need.

I will add the high PSRR LDO to the LM2662. Our target voltage is -1.4V. Our only concern is to reduce the jitter from power supply. Is that reasonable?

Yes, many customers use an LDO when they need a 'clean' rail. It may not be necessary. The only way to know is to test it usually.
