About reverse current protection for TPS22967/TPS22958

I have a question about TPS22967/TPS22958.

Conditions  Vin < Vout,

Does This device support reverse current protection when switch is Off.

(In this device off,Does the device current flow Out to IN. )

    Hi Ozawa,

    The TPS22967 and TPS22958 do not have any reverse current protection when the switch is off.  If VOUT > VIN, then reverse current will flow through the device (from OUT to IN).

    If you are looking for a device in a plastic package which has reverse current protection, then you may want to take a look at the TPS22953.  This device is similar to the TPS22967 but features reverse current protection and has a power good pin which can act as an indicator to tell when VOUT has risen to its final value.
