Dear,
According to the datasheet of the TPS61252, the input current is measured during the off time by sensing the voltage drop across the synchoronous rectifier.
I was wondering if someone with more experience can explain me if the current measurement applied in the TPS61252 can be considered a V^2 control, where the current is sensed through the ripple of the output voltage.
In other words, according to the block diagram 10.2 of the datasheet, the current is measured by sensing the output pin, which is quite similar to what is done in DC/DC converters based on V^2 control. Am I right?
Best!
