TPS55340-Q1 no Webench and no Tools

I would like to calculate wth the TPS55340-Q1, but there is no webench and no other tools available...

I have 5V input and would like to boost to 12V. I need >90% efficiency between 250 and 500mA and small PCB size

I would like to know if that will be possible with 2.5.Mhz switching frequency......

and if yes with which components?

Use the webench link for TPS55340. Webench indicates max switching frequency is 1.2 MHz, with eff > 93% in that range.

Thank you. Yes. I have seen that, but it would be nice to see it with 2.5mhz switching frequency..... (and about 2uH Inductor). Much smaller PCB size.

Unfortunately that is not possible in webench.
