I am working with the TPS65131RGER converter on a custom prototype board. Giving the converter and input of 5V, and producing +/- 15V. Schematic is attached. With no load, +/- 15V output is fine. When I connect 5 op amps to the output (total of 20mA), my +15V output hangs around 4.8V and my -15V output hangs around 0V. In the waveform is when the outputs have the issue with the light 20mA load. I can also hear a soft high pitched hum coming from the part area when the issue is seen.
Any help would be appreciated. Let me know what else I can provide.
