HI

I would like to check in the event of a UVLO, what is the power consumption of BQ24045 via the Vin pin if any?

There is a quiescent defined for Vin=0V, but this is the battery flow back thru OUT terminal. 

If assuming there is a 3V at Vin which is under UVLO exit voltage of 3.15V, will there be any current consumed at Vin?
