How many Iin at PTH08T240W No load condition?

Hi Sir,

Our customer want to use the PTH08T240W on new design,

But they are response the PTH08T240W Vout=5V no load condition see the power supply have 136mA,

And Vout=2V no load condition see the power supply have 57mA. We can't found out this data in the Datasheet.

Do you knew How many Iin at PTH08T240W No load condition?

PS: the power supply is set the Vout=12V
