I am using LM5023 IC for 60 AC/DC converter design. Now we are testing the board and facing an issue. IC comp pin voltage is not getting high even though output is lesser than the set voltage,which is happening in light load condition . With no load condition the voltage is stable. I tried to fix the compensation circuit but no use. I need help to resole this issue.

Hi Billy,
I am getting bunch of pulses and output is comming,later softstart and comp pin voltages are going low and pulses are lost. Again 60sec later only pulses are comming as a bunch. it is keep on repeating .This is happening both in no load and light load conditions also. I am thinking this is due to hiccup mode operation or else some thing else. Please suggest me.

Please start a new thread so we can track and respond to your customer's needs. This thread is from a couple of years ago and we did not get all the requested materials from the customer in order for TI to provide debug feedback.
