Now we have one inquiry regarding at Tj 125deg.C operation.

Customer wants to confirm LM5022 at Tj 125deg.C operation.
He checked One LM5022 and found that SS terminal voltage dropped rapidly around 130deg.C.
Does 10uA current source inside IC work good for All LM5022 at Tj 125deg.C ?
