hello. i am trying to connect EV2300 usb with the bq77PL900 evaluation board. but even after installing the usb driver it is continuously giving driver error and unable to detect the usb in device manager. kindly syggest any solution. thanks

Be sure to use the driver installation for the type of PC you have.

For 32 bit systems, see the software section of http://www.ti.com/tool/EV2300

For 64 bit systems, use the file from  http://e2e.ti.com/support/power_management/battery_management/m/videos__files/458983

Be sure to Run as administrator

Windows 8 may not work, the drivers are tested for windows 7
