Hi,
we are trying to use the SM74611 in an ORing or parallel power application.
We want to know if you put a reverse voltage across the device, how fast would the device turn off? It is not available in the datasheets.. For example, if one power supply shuts down, does the device prevent the voltage from going back into the shut down supply.
As well, can you tell us if it is an N-Channel Enhancement MOSFET or N-Channel Depletion MOSFET.
