Dears,

I'm using the BQ34Z100-G1 for 2 Serial Lead Acid Battery(12V/18AH).

Does BQ34Z100-G1 support this Battery capacity(24V/36AH) ? if yes, how do I set up? are there any registers can function this?

The bq34z100-G1 can support 29Ah. If you connect two 18Ah batteries in series, then the capacity is still 18Ah. You will have to connect them in parallel to get 36Ah.

my apologies, Yes, I connect them in parallel(24V/36V). so I can't connect them in parallel way when I using the BQ34Z100-G1 right ?

The bq34z100-G1 can support 29Ah capacity, so you will have to use scaling to support 36Ah. If you use 2x scaling, then you will need to divide all of the current and capacity parameters in the data flash by 2. You will then need to scale the current, then you calibrate the device. If you use a 4A discharge current, then you will enter -2000mA in the Actual Current field. All current and capacity parameters will then be reported at 1/2 their true values.

Stanley,

We do not have a default configuration for that battery setup. The device is delivered with a default configuration and there is a design example to configure the device in the datasheet. I can provide guidance, if you have problems.
