Hi Brian,

The B at the end of TPS22920YZPRB denotes "backside coating".  Backside coating is added to a CSP package to prevent it from cracking by increasing its physical strength.

Since 2013, all new CSPs (DSBGAs) are manufactured with backside coating (BSC), so the B indicator does not appear on newer devices.
