TLC59116 - two or three LEDs connect to one out port(/OUTXX) (parallel connection)

Hi all,

Would you mind if we ask TLC59116?
Is it possible to connect two or three LEDs to one out port(/OUTXX) (parallel connection)?
This device is constant current type(total current is limited), we think it is possible as the theory.

And then, According to differential Vf level, current which flow each LEDs will be varied.
So, we think it may be required to add external resister each LED's.

If you have some advice, could you let us know?

HI, Hirotaka Matsumoto,

If you don't mind about difference in the brightness your solution could work. But in this case may be better to use something simpler for the current source. Something like LDO in the current source circuit or TL4242.
