Hi,

Both “input filtering capacitors” and “power capacitors” lack clear definition. Please define them.

    Anything with the ground symbol should connect to VSS of the IC, this includes the power input and output capacitors and the bottom Cf capacitor. The Cc capacitors on VC0 and VC1 are the ones indicated. See figure 10-2 and 10-3 in the datasheet. for the concern.
    The other Cf capacitors and those referenced to VC5X and VC10X should also be connected with care to those references although there should be no high current at those potentials. General input filter capacitors Cc should connect near the IC to their associated input except the ones noted above going to a reference potential.
