Hello

I have two questions about UCC27201.

First, there are nonA and A version in UCC27201.

As long as I read datasheet, nonA and Aver seem to be the different from thermal characteristics and packages, but is there the difference in any other nonA and Aver?

Second, UCC27201DDA's input is TTL on datasheet, but I input CMOS to it.
What it causes any problems?

Hi Yokota, I believe the only difference between the A and non A versions are the package and thermal considerations like you say.

Re driving TTL inputs with CMOS signals, the attached link explains the considerations, if your CMOS Vdd voltage is 5V, it should be ok. www.allaboutcircuits.com/.../logic-signal-voltage-levels
But the UCC27200DDA is a CMOS compatible version of the UCC27201DDA. Why not use that instead?
